March 10th - Board of Education Meeting - 6:00 p.m. at Union Elementary

March 14th - End of Quarter 3 & 3rd Quarter Reward Party

March 17th - March 21st - Conflict Resolution Spirit Week

March 18th - ROTC Informational Meeting at 6:15 p.m. in the ROTC Room at the HS

March 21st - Report Cards will be available on ProgressBook

March 24th - March 28th - Spring Break

Help Us Keep Our Students & Staff Safe

Visiting Northmont Middle School:
  • All visitors must buzz in before gaining entrance to the building.
  • This procedure allows school personnel to verify the identity and purpose of each visitor.
Exiting Northmont Middle School - DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR FOR OTHERS
  • Visitors are reminded not to open the door for anyone trying to enter as they leave.
  • This is an important precautionary measure to maintain security.

Counseling Center Updates

Dear Parents and Guardians,


On March 14th, Northmont Middle School students will view two videos aligned with the Safety and Violence Education (SAVE) Students Act, House Bill 123. These videos utilize evidence-based curriculum developed by Sandy Hook Promise created specifically for students. To read more about the SAVE Act, please visit the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce website: SAVE Act Requirements.

Start with Hello- teaches students to recognize and address loneliness and social isolation.

Say Something- helps students identify and report warning signs of self-harm or potential harm to others.

To opt out: Contact the Middle School's counseling center if you do not want your child to participate.

ROTC Information

National School Breakfast Week - March 3rd - March 7th

During the week of March 3 - 7, students who eat breakfast will be entered into a raffle to win cool prizes like a Nintendo Switch, Beats Headphones, an iPad, various gift cards, and more! If students eat breakfast every day, they will be entered into the raffle 5 times!
