Leander ISD Update

We’re experiencing an issue with Home Access Center (HAC) that does the following:

• 6th grade students cannot access their accounts and
• 7th - 12th grade students and ALL parents and guardians cannot reset passwords.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Our team is working tirelessly to fix the problem. We will send you another message when we have a resolution.

Estamos experimentando un inconveniente técnico con el sistema Home Access Center (HAC) que hace lo siguiente:

• Los estudiantes de grado 6 no pueden acceder sus cuentas y
• Los estudiantes de grados 7-12 y TODOS los padres y tutores legales no pueden cambiar sus contraseñas.
