Principal's Message
Dear Falcon Families,
As we soar into another week at Jefferson Middle School, I want to share some important updates and reminders with you.
School Site Council Meeting
Join us for the School Site Council meeting on Tuesday, November 19 at 3:15 PM in the Jefferson Library. We will be voting on the approval of the final School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA). Once approved, the SPSA will be sent to the school board for final approval. Your participation is valuable in shaping our school's future!
Field Trip Success
We are thrilled to announce that the 8th grade field trip to the Oceanside Theatre Company to see The Addams Family was a resounding success! Students enjoyed an engaging performance, which not only entertained but also enriched their appreciation for the arts. Thank you to everyone who helped make this experience possible.
Construction Updates
We are excited to report progress on our construction projects. This week, work continued with the completion of additional tasks in the MDF room located in Building H. The completed work includes:
- Metal framing for walls
- Rough electrical installation
- Drywall installation
- HVAC unit setup
We are currently at 75% completion and anticipate reaching 100% completion in about two weeks. Thank you for your patience and support during this time.
Thank you for your continued support and involvement in making Jefferson Middle School a great place for our students to learn and grow. Together, we can achieve great things!
Warm regards,
Dr. Penuliar

Construction Updates👷
We're making steady progress with our campus improvements:
- Building H: The MDF room has seen significant advancements, including metal framing for walls, rough electrical work, drywall installation, and HVAC unit placement.
- ADA Compliance: Restroom ramp extensions have been installed to meet all ADA requirements, ensuring our campus restrooms are accessible to everyone.
- Relocatable Restrooms: All fencing around these facilities has been removed, and restroom accessories are now in place. We're just waiting for the locks to be ready before opening them for use.
