Congratulations!!! You have made a very important decision that will change your life for the better financially AND improve your health!
So where do I start?
2. Watch the Foundations video on your website. Go to the "Business Center" tab, then choose "Reports and Tools" and the video will be under the "Getting Started" section. You can also access it from the bottom of the Business center home page. Watching this video (about 23 min long), will qualify you for the Pacesetter program which makes you eligible for double bonuses as you advance from Director to Senior Director!
3. Click on the 'Learn to Earn' tab beside the Product store tab and start watching short videos to learn more about our fabulous products and programs. This will also 'unlock' future Loyalty shopping dollars for free products!
4. You will automatically be added to our FB customer group (Making the Rest of Your Life the Best of Your Life), and also to our Team group for biz builders (Enhancing Lives). Accept the invitation and follow the 'newsfeed'. Be sure to add your own customers as you enroll them...:-)
*** DO also join the Corporate FB page for company and national training notifications, promotions etc. That group is called: Melaleuca Enhancing Lives
4. Once your account is set up and first order placed, it's time to set up a strategy session with your enroller and/or support team. This session is CRUCIAL because we will be going over your financial goals, creating an action plan, and discussing how we're going to help you reach those goals!
5. Review Melaleuca's social media policy BEFORE posting anything on Facebook!! You can find this in the File section of our Enhancing Lives Team FB group. Reach out if you have ANY questions about this! Also available in the Business center under 'Reports and Tools'/ 'Reference Library'/ 'Statement of Policies'/ 'Guidelines for Building your Business Online')
6. Start working on the 7 Critical Business Building Activities (explained below!)!!!

7 Critical Business Building Activities
What Is a Contact List?
At its most basic, a contact list is simply a list of people you know. You don’t need to be highly successful or wildly popular to have a contact list. Between your friends, family, neighbors, classmates, business associates, people you interact with on a daily basis, AND Facebook friends....chances are you could quickly list at least 100 people. The philosophy here is 'WHO can I help and HOW can I help them??' We'll discuss this further in your strategy/action planning session.

2. Set Appointments for an Overview
All you have to do for this is reach out to your contacts using the various approaches and scripts given here and in our Facebook group, and simply invite people to our zoom room to take a look at what we have, just as you did. You can call it an 'informational session', a 'virtual tour', or 'we'll share the details'! If you can set 1-2 appointments each day, inviting people to take a look at what we have.... you will be on a great pace and your business will quickly explode!!! The zoom overviews are held here: www.nursebizwiz.com and the weekly schedule is pinned to the top of our Enhancing Lives FB group.
3. Overviews/Melaleuca Presentations
These are the heart of our business and the way we get our information in front of people without 'selling' anything. Your customers will be able to interact and develop a personal connection with you and another team member right away. This will show team support and how our business model is a 'win-win' situation; VERY different from the thousands of other home businesses out there.
During this duplicable process, your prospects will see a brief video about the company, products and business; get all of their questions answered immediately afterwards, and then we will gauge their level of interest and hopefully get the enrollment process started! Everyone has access to the videos in their business center under "enrollments", then click "overviews". There's a great slide presentation there as well, that you can use as a training tool for yourself or show to others as well. Definitely watch all of them and take notes so that if you need to send one out, you will know exactly which one to send based on your prospect!
We do not just send links out to prospects, and we do not encourage new business partners to send out the overview videos on their own. We invite people to take a look at what we have to offer and we go over all the details with them personally so that they can make an educated decision for themselves. As a new business partner, it's important to attend these overviews with your prospect so that you can learn the information yourself...your knowledge of the company and our business will grow and you will learn how to answer those common questions and concerns at the same time.
Betty Ann and Coach Ron conduct the overview presentations and because of their expertise and knowledge about the company, the products, and answering questions and concerns, you will automatically gain respect from your prospect and that all important third party validation. You will also have an experienced person with you to field the questions and 'close' your new customer....priceless!
Proper overviews are a MUST if you want to succeed in this business!

4. Strategy Session
You (and anyone who you enroll as a business partner) will need to have a strategy session with your enroller and support team. During this session you will learn details about the compensation plan, how to navigate your business center and you will come up with an exact plan on how to reach your goals!
This should be scheduled as soon as possible after you enroll!
5. Celebrate Success
Celebrating success is a way to inspire people to set bigger goals and achieve more than they ever thought possible. The mission of Melaleuca is to help people reach their goals. To inspire and motivate people to that end, we must celebrate their accomplishments. Melaleuca thrives on celebration! From the smallest of achievements to the largest ones, from enrolling one customer to achieving Corporate Director... Marketing executives need to feel good about what they’re doing and above all appreciated! When that happens, team members will be excited to go above and beyond in pursuit of their goals.
Our team celebrates everything on our team FB page! If you enroll a new business partner, then you need to introduce them to the team. Whenever one of your team members enrolls someone, whether it's a customer or business partner, that accomplishment needs to be acknowledged on our team page as well! It's the little things that inspire people to greater heights than they ever thought possible...
6. Fast Track
A Melaleuca Fast Track is a results-driven program designed to help your organization grow. A series of meetings lasting four weeks, Fast Track helps participants set goals, create action plans, implement those plans, report results, and celebrate success. Team leaders provide motivation, support, and training, and facilitators organize the schedule and recognition awards.
Participating in Fast Track means you are ready to take your business to the next level! Your business WILL grow and earning some pretty cool free stuff isn't bad either, right??? Company sponsored Fast Tracks run at regular intervals and will be posted in the business center.

7. Lead by Example
Melaleuca business leaders lead by example because they know their actions will be duplicated by those in their organizations. Are they professional, product-centered, and positive? If so, others will duplicate their actions. Are they disorganized, demanding, and late to meetings? If so, others will observe and duplicate those actions as well.
To lead by example here means attending all team meetings, participating in fast track, attending convention, AND converting your own home and lifestyle to all things Melaleuca! The little things mentioned above will showcase YOU as a leader and CEO of your own business as you search for YOUR Board of Directors!

Scripts for Approaches/Invitations
1) General Business Approach:
“I represent a green manufacturing company that has the largest online wellness shopping club in North America and we are growing rapidly! I am looking to team up with a few sharp, like minded folks and I thought of you...:-) Are you open to generating another income stream that would not interfere with what you’re currently doing?”
2) ‘Help’ Approach:
I was wondering if you could help me out? I have a business that I work from home and I’m looking to expand. I represent a ‘green’ company called Melaleuca.com. Have you heard of it? It’s actually the largest online wellness shopping club in North America and you might know of some folks who would be interested in creating a healthier home or need to make some extra money. Can we meet for about 30-45 minutes so I can show you what it’s all about? You may or may not be intrigued yourself but you could be a good source of referrals to others that I could help…"
3) Product Approach:
Look for a ‘need’ that a Melaleuca product can fill and then ask if the person has tried it…if not:
“I do some marketing for a US based green manufacturer who makes that product and we’ve had many stories of how it’s helped others. I don’t sell it, but I can show you how you can get it at the same price I pay. They also make a lot of other amazing products so the best thing to do is meet over a cup of coffee and I can show you what it’s all about…."
4) Setting an appointment for an overview:
"Hi NAME, (after some chitchat)
Besides just connecting and catching up…..I’m not sure if you know this or not, but I have a business that helps….(prospect profile) like you, to be able to….(benefit)
I honestly don’t know if this is a fit for you or not, but I’m wondering if you’d be open to meeting for a quick coffee (lunch, webcast, whatever) and I can share a few quick details with you.
It may or may not intrigue you, but it’s been helping so many other (prospect profile..ie stay at home moms, baby boomers etc), I’m sure you’d at least want to hear about it. If it’s not for you, you might know of someone who might be, and I’d love to help them out. At the very least, you’ll get some great info that could help from a health and wellness point of view.
And just so you know….if you decide it’s NOT for you, don’t be afraid to tell me! I don’t want you to feel any pressure at all, I just sense you’ll find it interesting…(you’d like to be informed etc)
