Good Evening K9 Families,

What a fantastic week of learning we’ve had! Our students have been hard at work, diving into hands-on activities, collaborating with each other, and having thoughtful discussions. It’s been so great to see them actively engaged and excited to learn every day!

We also had an amazing No Cook McTeacher Night at McDonald's! The turnout was incredible—so many staff members, students, and families came out to support our school. It was such a fun night, and it really highlighted the strong sense of community we have here. Thank you all for making it a wonderful evening!

As we head into October, don’t forget to check out all of the upcoming dates below. There are lots of fun PTA events happening throughout the month that you won’t want to miss!

Pick Up and Drop Off Reminders

Morning Drop Off

We kindly ask that families do not park at Ira Jones when dropping off students. Please be sure to pull into the designated car line to ensure a safe and smooth drop-off process for everyone. Following this procedure helps keep traffic flowing and ensures the safety of all students.

Afternoon Pick Up

Please remember to turn off your car while waiting to pick up your student after school. Running cars pose a safety risk for students and teachers walking up and down the car lines, and it's also important to reduce the fumes in the air for everyone’s health. Thank you for helping us keep our school environment safe and healthy!
