As we wrap up the school year, thank you to our students, families, and staff for making this such a memorable year. We hope your summer is filled with rest, fun, and time with the people you love. Keep an eye out for our back-to-school newsletter, which will be sent on August 15 with important information for the start of the year. Until then—enjoy your summer break!

FIELD DAY IS TUESDAY, 6/10
As we enter the home stretch, we have one last school-wide activity planned for the
students: Field Day!
However, for Field Day to be a success, we need your help. There is a link below to the Field Day Sign-Up Genius. The Sign-Up Genius details volunteer opportunities for the event and items we hope to have donated to make this day memorable for all students. Your participation, no matter the role, is crucial. Please sign up for as many slots as you are able.
If you plan on volunteering to help that day, watch your email for a link to complete the
ICHAT, unless they have already completed it this year. ICHAT inquiries can be directed
to Tracy Visnaw, building secretary, at tracy.visnaw@pccsk12.com
Any way you can contribute to making the day a success is truly appreciated by all of us
here at West! As always, please let us know if you have any questions, comments, or
concerns.

8TH GRADE RECOGNITION CEREMONY - THE TIME HAS COME!
8TH GRADE CEREMONY DETAILS
Many students ask about the dress code for an event like this - Business Casual would best describe the appropriate dress for this event. Please note that the school dress code still applies. Jeans or shorts are usually not worn. There is a fair amount of walking in front of a large crowd - please choose your shoes wisely! Also, please keep in mind that space is very limited in the gymnasium with our students and families.
