3rd Annual Penny Wars Current Standings

Our first day of Penny Wars kicked off on Monday and some of these kids knew exactly who their target was! Our current leader is 2nd grade with 652 points. Will they be the target for sabotage on Wednesday morning? Our first graders have some work to do to catch up as they took in the most silver (negative) points from other grades this morning. Break open those piggy banks, 1st grade, and let's see a come back!

Remember, pennies, paper bills and checks ADD to you class total and all silver coins SUBTRACT from another grade! Our next collection day is Wednesday, 4/2, starting at 7:45. Final collections and winner will be announced on Friday, April 4th. Keep that change coming, Hawks!

Got Sneakers? Campaign Results

Kindergarten had a strong run last week, but no one has been able to stop 2nd grade! Those kids must be eating their Wheaties because they are growing straight out of those sneakers and dumping them in the box on their way upstairs to the 2nd grade hall. Is another grade holding out on us? Spring Break is a great time to clean those closets and gather those shoes. We will be back the week of 4/14 for our final week and to announce which class is the Got Sneakers? champion and winner of the popsicle party!

Raising Cane's Spirit Night-4/23

Join your PMES friends at Raising Cane's on Wednesday, April 23rd from 3-9pm for a Spirit Night. Stop by and eat all of the chicken fingers and Cane's sauce you can handle! Raising Cane's will donate 15% of the profits from the evening to our PTA. Be sure to mention that you are with PMES at the register!
