introduction
Hello,
I will be talking to you about computers and the history of them
RAM
Random Access Memory is the short-term storage space in your computer. It is where information is stored and quickly recalled while you are using your computer. For example, if you are researching information online for a paper you are writing, the RAM is what allows you to quickly switch back and forth between your Internet browser and your word processing program. Once you turn your computer off, the information on the RAM is erased, giving you a clean slate for the next time you start your computer

computer
this computer is older than the laptop but is still used regularly.
OLD coputer
this computer is a lot simpler and older than our computers today.
Alan Turing
He was a logician, mathematician and computer scientist.Turing was born in London in 1912.Alan Turing has been named as one of the 100 most important people of the 20th century. He worked on standards for machines to be called intelligent. In 1936, he came up with the idea of a machine that was able to compute anything that could be computed. There is a statue of Turing in Whitworth Gardens, Manchester. In 2012, the Olympic flame was passed from one person to another in front of the statue, on what would have been his 100th birthday.

first computer
The word "computer" was first recorded as being used in 1613 and originally was used to describe a human who performed calculations or computations. The definition of a computer remained the same until the end of the 19th century when people began to realize machines never get tired and can perform calculations much faster and more accurately than any team of human computers ever could.
