D5 Cellphone Implementation Procedures Effective: Jan 2025

CMS families,

Our students are already doing a wonderful job of following these cell phone procedures.

Please encourage your student to continue complying with the personal electronic devices policy/law.
If you need to relay a message to your student during the instructional day, please contact the school’s main office and the message will be delivered to the student.
In the event of an emergency situation, students may be given authorization to carry and utilize the personal electronic device.
If your student has an IEP, Medical Plan, and/or 504 plan that explicitly requires the use of a personal electronic device, the student will be allowed to access the personal electronic device as described in the written plan.
Middle School (only): repeated cellphone violations may result in the wireless device being confiscated.
