February is Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month, where we celebrate and recognize both the students who attend a career technical center and also the value of career and technical education.
Starting January 20th, show your support for skilled trades! 🎉 "Support The Trades" T-shirts will be available for purchase online or at the MBIT School Store.
If you’re willing to #supportthetrades and help our SkillsUSA students on their journey to nationals, purchase a shirt and wear it proudly! Your support directly benefits students pursuing career and technical pathways, helping them showcase their talents at the national level.

MBIT PBA Student Chapter Toy Drive
Thank You for Supporting the Holiday Toy Drive!
The MBIT Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) Student Chapter held a successful Holiday Toy Drive, and our students collected an amazing assortment of toys for children in need! These donations will go to the North Penn Boys & Girls Club, helping over 4,000 needy families in our area this holiday season.
Paws for a Cause Fundraiser
🐾 A big shoutout to our incredible National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) students for organizing a heartwarming fundraiser, Paws for a Cause, benefiting the @Buckscountyspca ! 🐶🐱 Thanks to their dedication and the generosity of our amazing community, we were able to donate much-needed items to support the animals at the SPCA.
Every contribution helps give these animals the care and love they deserve. Thank you to everyone who participated and made a difference in the lives of these furry friends!

Spreading Warmth & Kindness! Our incredible @mbit_earlychildhoodeducation students and @mbit_lilbucks delivered over 50 cozy pajamas to Bucks County Children and Youth! These small but meaningful gifts will help bring comfort to children in need.

Public Safety Students Earn New Certification
Our Level 100 Public Safety students are taking their training to the next level! They’ve recently earned certifications in Incident Command System (ICS-100) and Defensive Tactics, equipping them with essential skills for real-world emergency response scenarios.
ICS-100 introduces students to the Incident Command System, a critical framework used by first responders to manage emergencies — from natural disasters to large-scale events. This certification is a foundational step in preparing students for roles in law enforcement, fire services, EMS, and homeland security.
Defensive Tactics training focuses on personal safety, de-escalation techniques, and self-defense strategies. Our students are learning practical skills to safely handle high-pressure situations and ensure the safety of both themselves and others.
We're proud of our Public Safety students for earning these certifications as they prepare for careers dedicated to keeping our communities safe!
National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day
January 9th marks National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, a time to recognize and express our gratitude to the brave men and women who protect and serve our communities every day. Their dedication, courage, and commitment to keeping us safe do not go unnoticed.
Join us in saying thank you to law enforcement officers for their hard work and sacrifice. Let's show them how much they are appreciated!

🎉 Work-Based Education Spotlight: Matt Levesque! 🌟
Matt Levesque, an Automotive Technology student, is gaining hands-on experience working at Keystone Volvo in Doylestown! Recently, Matt tackled the task of changing a Leak Detection Pump, showcasing his growing expertise in the field.
A huge thank you to Keystone Volvo for supporting the next generation of automotive professionals and helping students like Matt build the skills and connections needed for a successful career!

MBIT Juniors and Seniors!
Calling all MBIT Juniors and Seniors! MBIT students have the opportunity to take a college class while enrolled at MBIT and earn 3 credits from Bucks County Community College. Eligible Juniors and Seniors can take an Intro to Entrepreneurship with instructor Mr. Steve Guinan. The class is online and starts on February 10, 2025.
