The Sonoran Foothills staff would like to thank you for your continued support and cooperation with our dress code and technology expectations. As a reminder, students are expected to follow the dress code each day and will be asked to change if they are not in compliance. We also ask that all electronic devices remain out of sight and are silenced or on vibrate mode during the school day. From the Desk of Nurse Christine
Hello Bobcat Families,
Medication End of School Year Pick-Up
The end of the school year is quickly approaching. If your child keeps medication in the nurse’s office, please remember to pick up your child’s medication(s) on the last day of school, Thursday, May 22nd at 12pm. If you are unable to pick up your child’s medication by 12:00 pm on Thursday May22nd, please speak with the school nurse to make alternative arrangements.
· No medications will be held over until August.
· Any medications left in the Health Office will be discarded.
· Students are not permitted to pick up or transport medications from/to school.
· New doctors’ orders and new medications will be required for each school year. If your child will need medication during the 2025-26 school year, please have your child’s healthcare provider complete a medication administration form during the summer, which can be found on my school nurse website https://sonoranfoothills.dvusd.org/our-school/health-center/medications
and provide it to the school nurse along with the corresponding medication in August.
It has been a pleasure to work with your children this year and I hope you all have a very happy and healthy summer. Thank you very much in advance for your cooperation.
Regards,
Christine Wetzel RN
