News from the PBIS Team
H-Honesty
E- Empathy
R- Respectful
O- On Task
Each month, our PBIS team has planned a class incentive. Students work together with their classmates on things like raising their hands, walking quietly in the hallway, being kind to each other. A poster is displayed in the classroom that contains 10 pictures that the students earn for showing these positive behaviors. Once the students earn all the pictures, there is a school-wide reward they will be able to participate in. This month, each class will work to gather ten Disney pictures, and once they have collected them all, students will participate in a Disney Dress Up day. We will also have Disney trivia throughout the school day.
Please remind your child to be a HERO at Plainfield each day!

News from the Cafeteria
Extra entrees at lunch are available to be purchased daily in the cafeteria. If your child would like to purchase an extra entree, they must have money in their account. If you do not want your child to purchase extra entrees you must send it in writing to the school and it will be noted on the account.
- To add funds to your child's account on Skyward, click the FOOD SERVICE tab. Next to your student’s name is a hyperlink for “Make a Payment.” This will take you to RevTrak where you can use a credit card. There is a fee through this site.
- You can send in cash or a check with your child to turn into the school office or the cafeteria cashier. Please place cash or check in a sealed envelope with “Cafeteria Payment, Student’s Name and Student ID #” on the outside. If sending in a check, please make it payable to Pen Argyl Area School District and indicate “Cafeteria Payment” in the memo.
- Just a reminder, breakfast is available daily, except for 2 hour delays, free of charge through Gov. Shapiro's universal free breakfast program.
- You can find the breakfast/lunch menu for each day by visiting our website or by clicking here.
