Why plan a visit? Checking out a college campus near you is a great idea, even if you don't know what you want to major in or what type of college you want to attend. Campus visits can give you a sense of what might be important to you in a college and what college life is all about. Attached are six suggestions for planning and getting the most out of your visit. To find the best time for your visit, read When to Visit. For help planning your visit, read Campus Visits: Know Before You Go.

Advice with Ami
It is time to start looking at what courses your student is going to be taking next year. Full-time virtual student in 8th –11th grade will be receiving an email soon with the date(s) they are expected to schedule at their home high school . Also, below is a list of high school courses that will be offered next year. I am excited that we have added several new classes!
The email will also contain a link to a google form for you to let us know if your student plans to continue as a full time virtual student or wants to return to in-person learning. If your student is continuing as a full-time virtual student, you and your student will meet with me and their home school counselor. The home school counselor will fill out your student’s Personalized Education Plan (PEP) during our meeting. We will also be going over graduation requirements. Please see tentative dates below. If your student is returning to in-person learning, their home school counselor will reach out to set up a scheduling appointment.
I look forward to scheduling with you soon!
These dates are tentative and subject to change.
