Shenandoah Community Health is offering several opportunities for students to get their required vaccinations for school.
TOMORROW, AUGUST 16th: Walk-in clinic at Shenandoah Community Health off Tavern Rd. from 8am to 3pm
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 21st: South Middle School from 12-4:30pm
THURSDAY, AUGUST 22nd: North Middle School from 12-4:30pm
If your student has seen a healthcare professional through Shenandoah Community Health before, a parent permission form is not needed.
