We are excited to announce that our monthly Equity Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 14th, at 9:00 a.m. in the Chaparral High School Community Center.

We have our first Early Out day this Wednesday on January 15th.

Student Council under the leadership of sponsors Ms. Arroyo and Mr. Pacheco will be hosting Winter Pep Rally on January 17th.

For approximately 430+ students they will be taking the ACCESS exam on Jan 22-24. ST students take the ACCESS test to measure their academic English language proficiency in our school and throughout our state. This test will take place on Jan 22 and Feb 3

We will start using SmartPass at STHS this Spring Semester. This is new to all of us at STHS, so we will small challenges however we will work them out as a team. Please take a few minutes to read the letter of why and how.

Report Cards will be sent home on January 17th. Desert Warriors and Parents the grades are also available on the PowerSchool Portal. Please reach out to Mr. Lorenzo Morales or Ms. Monique Gonzales if you need access.

On Monday January 20th STHS will be closed and there will be no classes in observance of Martin Luther King Day.

We are excited to recognize over 90 students that had perfect attendance in the month of November. From those 90 students we randomly selected 10 students to acknowledge their efforts, they were recognized by ST administration and attendance clerks. We want to thank our parents and Desert Warriors for their effort to be in school every single day.

Every month we select four Desert Warriors who have Perfect Attendance for that month. We also want to thank our very generous parent donors for the gift cards. If you are interested in giving back to STHS, please reach out to our Attendance Advocate or Social Worker.
