Before School Activities - Drop off times
Most before school activities start at 8:00am. Students cannot be dropped off prior to 7:55am. There is no adult supervision and our offices do not open until 8:00am. Staff members in charge of the activity will be at the doors from 7:55-8:00am to open the doors and allow students in the building.
Note: Registration automatically closes when we reach capacity. Please reach out to the teacher if it is full and they will let you know if they can accept more.

Battle of the Books
Battle of the Books is a bowl-style trivia tournament that's all about books, engaging hundreds of young minds every year.
Dozens of teams in grades 3-6 compete against each other in interschool battles and finals tournaments to determine a districtwide champion for all of Douglas County.
Meets on Tuesdays Mornings

We are Pine Lane's Before and After School childcare program.
We are located at 6475 E. Ponderosa Drive.

What we do:
We serve parents and children by providing a safe, enriching, and affordable school age childcare program. Children who participate in our programs acquire the knowledge and abilities to make educated choices concerning their social, emotional, and physical health while learning principles of respect integrity, honesty, and responsibility. By doing this, we provide a quality service for our families that is financially solvent and sustainable.
Children must:
- Be a minimum of 5yrs, 0 months and a maximum 13yrs, 0 months of age.
- Be enrolled in the Douglas County School District. Priority enrollment will be given to Pine Lane students.
- Children of school staff may be enrolled if space is available and at the discretion of the child care director.
