Inspiration for learning all summer long!
Read to Ride
Is your school participating in the Read to Ride program? If so, just log 500 minutes of reading (that is really just 20 minutes for 25 days) over the summer and turn in the passport to your school by September 8, 2017 to be entered into the drawing for a new bike or helmet! This challenge can be done in collaboration with any other reading programs (scholastic, local libraries, etc).
Free Audiobooks all summer long!
SYNC is a free summer audiobook program for teens 13+. Returning April 27, 2017 SYNC will give away two complete audiobook downloads a week - pairs of high interest titles, based on weekly themes. Visit SYNC's website to download One Drive and your audio books!

Calling all happy campers! Are you ready to take a reading adventure? Join the Scholastic Summer Reading Challenge by grabbing your favorite books, logging your reading minutes, and most importantly, having fun all summer long!
The Barnes & Noble Summer Reading Program (Grades 1-6)
The Barnes & Noble Summer Reading Program is here to help you on your way, encouraging you to read books of your own choosing and earn a FREE book, simply by following these three easy steps:
- Read any eight books this summer and record them in your Summer Reading Journal. Tell us which part of the book is your favorite, and why.
- Bring your completed journal to a Barnes & Noble store between May 16th and September 5th, 2017. Our closest store is in Augusta
- Choose your FREE reading adventure from the book list featured on the back of the journal.
