
TWB FRIDAY (8/12) & SATURDAY (8/13)
1st DAY | PROCEDURE NIGHT & PARENT | MEET THE PIRATE
SCHOOL DROP OFF/ PARKING/ DOOR ACCESS
For the safety and security of our campus, there are some updated procedures for campus access.
DROP OFF- Those who do not drive will be dropped off in the rear of the building (just like band camp).
- The 544 cafe parking lot will be blocked for non personnel. You cannot drop here.
PARKING
- If you drive, you MUST park in your parking spot. If you do not have a parking spot...you are late to the game and need to park at the band field for the day, THEN PAY FOR YOUR PARKING SPOT.
DOOR ACCESS
- The Montgomery Center entrance will be open at 7:00AM. You can access the band hall down the athletic hallway
- The doors at the 544 or Orchestra room WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR ENTRANCE.
- The doors at the Health Science entrance will be unlocked for entry at 8:30am
- During marching band rehearsals, Health Science and Montgomery Center entrances will be open from 6am-7am.
Just a reminder that ONLY band students can pass through the band hall to get to either side.
All other situations will be discussed in class on Thursday.
FRIDAY MORNING REHEARSAL / PROCEDURE REHEARSAL & BAND NIGHT PARENT PERFORMANCE
FRIDAY (8/13) - Full TWB Rehearsal morning
- 7:00AM-8:00AM PreGame rehearsal in the normal rehearsal parking lot
- 8:00AM You will be shown where you can change into your school clothes
Full TWB Procedure rehearsal and Band Night Parent Performance in the evening
- 4:30PM Team Meeting in Band Hall (Full TWB)
- 5:00PM Learn Friday night procedures (march to new section in stadium and back)
- 6:00PM Dinner
- 6:30PM Change into Warm Weather Attire with SECTION SHIRT
- 6:45PM Inspection
- 7:00PM March to stadium/ Parent performance. Parents will be called to the field to have their child teach them how to march...be ready.
CHANGING FOR SCHOOL AFTER MORNING MARCHING REHEARSAL
Most students will use their TWB tote bag to have their change of clothes, toiletries, etc. Students can put the tote on the shelves in the band hall closest to their locker.
Band students will change:
- Boys - Boys locker room and restroom by the band hall and the boys PE locker room in the Aux Gym
- Girls - Girls locker room and restroom by the band hall and the Pacesetter/Cheer locker room in the same hallway
- Guard (not marked on map) - Restroom by the guard room and the changing rooms in the new storage area (formerly ROTC)
It is very important to police your area after you change.

- TWB Cap or Visor
- TWB SECTION SHIRT FRIDAY - TWB POLO SATURDAY (tucked in)
- TWB Shorts
- TWB Grey belt
- SHORT black socks WITH NO LOGO
- MTX Marching Shoes (Air Dixon's) - SHOES ARE IN YOUR LOCKER WHEN YOU ARRIVE THURSDAY

COMPETITION REHEARSAL (No Crews needed)
- 8:00AM-10:30AM Varsity Rehearsal (learning more movement 2)
MEET THE PIRATE FAMILY NIGHT
Attire: Warm Weather Attire with TWB Polo
- 5:30PM Band Hall will be open
- 6:15PM Head to inspection areas
- 6:30PM Inspection
- 6:45PM March to Stadium
- 7:00PM Event begins - National Anthem / TWB performs PreGame Show / School Song
- 7:45PM Event concludes / dismiss from the field
