Shiloh Mini Scoop

Please read this Scoop carefully as it has updates and new information
Trash Pick up-PLEASE READ
Cars need to be cleared from cul de sacs and not block roadways on trash day.
As a reminder, Monday's are our trash service day. The Board is asking kindly that we are respectful of our neighbors and move cars to driveways on Sunday nights before trash pick up. If this cannot be done, all residents need to make sure that there is at least a 4 foot clearance to ALL trash totes.
Despite all previous communications, this continues to be an issue.
It has become standard practice in the industry to move to an automatic arm, the truck needs to get close to the tote and if a car is there, the truck will not attempt the pickup. There is too much damage that can be caused by the arm.
If your trash has been missed, please call Red Oak directly:

Select Option 4 for missed pick up
The driver is in constant communication with the dispatcher. If the missed pick up is Red Oak's fault, they will return at no charge or credit our account if the homeowner foregoes the return trip.
HOWEVER, if the pick up was deemed impossible because of cars blocking the passage, the truck will not return. The homeowner can arrange a pick up but they must pay for the extra charge on their own. The charge for a missed pick up due to blocked passage or cars parked too near a tote is $20.00.
Red Oak will also be taking pictures to document the issues they are having with pick up.
Clubhouse Rental Agreement update
New Clubhouse Rental agreement
The Shiloh Farms Clubhouse is nearing completion of the renovation and the Board thinks everyone will be very excited. It will be ready for rental for graduation season. The Board will also host an Open House after total completion of the project and post pictures in the Scoop.
Please be advised that the SF Clubhouse Reservation Form has been updated and revised. The new rental fee for the clubhouse will be $100. This has increased from $75 due to rising cleaning costs. We will no longer have a $150 refundable deposit; however, any damage to the clubhouse will be billed to the owner's account. (This new $100 rental fee will apply to everyone renting the clubhouse starting 3/27/2024).
Balloons (can easily get stuck in and break the fan) and taping or stapling anything directly to the walls will be prohibited and any damage caused by doing so will be charged to the owner's account.
The rental agreement is located in several places on www.shilohfarmhoa.org website:
Amenities, documents and forms, and FAQ. Please review the updated form at the link below.
Seeking Clubhouse committee chair and committee
We are also seeking a Clubhouse committee. The responsibility of this committee will be to do a walk through with the renter before the event and show them all the features of the clubhouse and to then go back after the event to assess for any damage and report back to the Board.
If you feel you would like to volunteer to lead this committee or to be a part of this committee, please contact Dawn Bourg dawn.shilohhoa@gmail.com
