SHRHS Library Needs Your Help!
Our current students use our collection of yearbooks quite often throughout the year for various projects. Can anyone help make our collection complete?
The library has at least one of every SHRHS yearbook from 1974 - 2023 with the exception of 2016. We also have the Charltonian Yearbooks from Charlton High School between 1959 - 1974, but are missing 1960.
If you have a copy of SHRHS 2016 or the 1960 Charltonian that you would be willing to donate, please contact Mrs. Briere @ sbriere@dcrsd.org. Thank you!

Class of 1974 is Still Looking for Classmates for 50th Reunion on 10/12/2024
From Bob Brezenski and the Class of 1974 Reunion Committee:
"The 50-year reunion of the very first graduating class at Shepherd Hill Regional HS will be held at the Auburn/Webster Elks Lodge, 754 Southbridge Street, Auburn, Mass. on October 12, 2024.
There were 134 graduates with a chaotic high school experience that took them from Dudley and Charlton via multiple schools, finally graduating at the new regional school in 1974. From Dudley Junior HS to Woodstock Academy, or Bartlett for two years; and from Charlton HS and beyond, the students finally landed at The Hill to complete their senior year.
We could use some help in connecting with and confirming the location of 17 alumni from our
class:
- Barbara Ann Catino
- Pam Clark (Miner)
- Martha D. Cropley (Clarkson)
- Brenda L. Davis
- Peter J. Gustafson
- Carol A. Krawiec (Tardif)
- Jan M. Kubillis (Dubois)
- Cathy A. Lewis (McAdams)
- Cynthia G. McIntyre (Hebert)
- James E. McKeown
- Cathy A. Monopoli (Bartlett or Michael),
- Patricia A. Nezuh (Aaron)
- Michael R. Oakes
- Barry A. Rogers
- Deborah A. Szymczak (Brisbois)
- Lee P. Thompson
- Robert Veronic
If you are, or if you know any of these person’s whereabouts, PLEASE contact our committee by
emailing Nancy Piscopo at nccp121356@aol.com. We also have a Facebook Page which can be found at Shepherd Hill – Class of 1974."
Tim Cormier ('00) is once again taking on the Pan-Mass Challenge
Hello, everyone! Tim Cormier chiming in here, member of the class of 2000, current English teacher at Shepherd Hill. Once again in 2024, I have decided to turn my love of cycling into an opportunity to raise money for a really great cause. I’m taking on the Pan Mass Challenge; and this year I’m riding for Team AJ.
Team AJ was formed this year to support AJ Congdon, the young son of my dear Shepherd Hill colleague and friend, Jamie Congdon. The Congdons are an incredible, loving, and joyful family. They enjoy fun at the beach, skiing in the mountains, cruising in the pontoon boat, and fishing on the lake with many friends and family. In September of last year, the family was shocked and saddened to learn that AJ, at 8 years old, was diagnosed with an inoperable cancerous brain tumor. With strength and determination, the family has adjusted to a new routine. AJ is being treated by doctors at Boston Children’s Hospital. AJ’s innate energy and zest for life is apparent as he fights his fight without complaint, tears, or fear. This incredibly happy, sports loving boy is still as sweet, affectionate and funny as ever.
The PMC has raised nearly a billion dollars since 1980 and what is phenomenal about this huge event is that 100% of the donations goes directly to Dana-Farber. All of the life-saving research and treatments take money and I would appreciate any donation you might be able to make to support me and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. I am committed to reaching my goal of raising at least $6,000. Please consider donating to this most excellent charitable event.
You can support Team AJ and donate online by visiting my PMC web page, profile.pmc.org/TC0406, searching for Tim Cormier on the PMC website, or simply scanning the QR code shown above.
Thank you for your time, your consideration, and your support.
Sincerely,
Tim Cormier
