A Note From Miss Caitlyn
Dear LLM 4-H families,
Happy March LLM families! Spring is imminent and that means Summer will be here before we know it. I encourage you to start thinking about 4-H projects you would like to bring to fair in 2025. Getting horse advancement levels done now, starting on getting a portfolio of pictures to choose from for photography projects and selecting patterns for sewing are all examples of things you can do now to avoid cramming projects in during the summer months. If you need some support on where to start, curriculum can be found at https://www.shop4-h.org. Please do not hesitate to ask our 4-H staff for support, especially if you are trying a new project.
Don't forget to check-out the possibilities for participating in the Communications events in all three counties!
The 4-H extension staff loves hearing and seeing 4-Hers spark ignited at 4-H events! I encourage each of you to consider participating in a new 4-H project this year. Who knows, maybe you will find your spark! We look forward to seeing the growth in each of you in 2025.
As always, please reach out with any questions or concerns.
Miss Caitlyn
