BEAR NEWS
PARENT / STUDENT NEWSLETTER BEVERLY HILLS December 2024
Dear Parents,
As we welcome the month of December, we hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving break filled with family and gratitude.
With just three weeks remaining until Christmas, we encourage our students to stay focused and work hard during this important time. As we approach semester exams, these assessments will help us understand where your student stands and how they are progressing in their studies. It’s crucial that we finish the year strong, and we appreciate your support in reinforcing these values at home.
Key Reminders for Our Students:
- Stay Committed: Encourage your child to put forth their best effort in all assignments and projects.
- Make Good Choices: Remind them that the decisions they make today have a significant impact on their future.
- Support Each Other: Continue to encourage them to motivate and help their classmates.
We are looking forward to making the most of these final weeks before the holiday break. We want to remind everyone to find joy this holiday season! We have a lot of fun activities planned for the students, including our winter luncheon, club days, and the incentive dance.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child's education.

Dismissal Procedures
As we strive to ensure the safety and well-being of all our students, I want to take a moment to remind you about our dismissal procedures.
Car Riders:
Our standard procedure is for car riders to be picked up in the front of the school. However, if you choose to pick up your child in the side parking lot, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Park in Designated Areas: It is imperative that you park your vehicle in a designated parking space and refrain from parking on the curb. This ensures a smooth flow of traffic and prevents congestion in the area.
Exercise Caution: We strongly advise against picking up your child in the side parking lot, as it can pose safety risks. However, if you opt for this alternative, please exercise extreme caution and be vigilant of other vehicles and pedestrians.
Increased Awareness: We have noticed an increase in the number of vehicles parking on the curb, which is a safety concern. Therefore, we cannot allow anyone to park in such a manner, as it obstructs traffic and jeopardizes the safety of our students and staff.
Bus Riders:
To ensure safety and efficiency, ALL all bus riders must report to the cafeteria for dismissal. Any bus rider who goes outside to wait for their bus will not be allowed to board. We'll continue to remind students of this, but we urge you to reinforce this message at home.
Your cooperation in following these procedures is greatly appreciated, as safety is our utmost priority. By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure a secure and efficient dismissal process for everyone involved.
