Happy Veterans Day to all of our Rose Garden Veterans! Special reminder, that Monday, November 11, 2024 is a Student/Staff Holiday. Also the yelllow Impact Aid forms are due Tuesday, Nov. 11th. The forms help our district secure additional federal funds that support Instruction, Facilities, and Transportation throughout SCUC ISD.

Tuesday, Nov. 12: Campus-Wide PJ Day in honor of National Young Readers Day

Our Child Nutrition Department, will host the annual Thanksgiving Day Cafeteria Meal on Nov. 14th. You can R.S. V.P. via the post on Parent Square. Please arrive a 5-10 minutes prior to your student's lunch time.

Finally, Fall Picture Re-Takes are Friday, Nov. 15th; only new students and the students that have returned a form will be called to take a picture.

Campus Procedures and Policies

During AM Car Drop-Off, our staff are outside to supervise students as they exit their vehicles, we will have signs indicating the unloading zone. Students are encourages to independtly exit the vehicle once it has come to a complete stop. Adults and Safety Patrol Student Helpers will assist students as needed.

To help expedite PM Car Pick-Up, please have you car placard clearly displayed in the front dash of your vehicle. The office staff are available M-F from 7:30 AM-3:30 PM to provide a placard to approved custodial parents.

• All changes is transportation must be made through the office either in person or via phone no later than 1:00 PM on the day the change is implemented.

• Office Pickups after 2:15 PM are for emergencies only

• Free and Reduced Lunch Application

• You can make deposits on your student’s lunch account online at www.myschoolbucks.com or in-person at the main office.

• Zonar MyView app is an application in which you can receive notifications when the bus is close to your stop, enters/departs the school, bus delays, cancelations, etc. You will need the school access code SCH3368, download the app and follow the instructions.

Our goal is to have all students present at school daily unless they are ill. Teachers are planning hands-on lessons with technology usage embedded, and these activities are not easily replicated once complete.

• Breakfast is served daily from 7:00-7:40 (late arrivals are permitted to eat breakfast)
