CAPT Pajama Story Time Event

Thank you Rodman CAPT for hosting Thursday's PJ Storytime Event! We had an AMAZING turn out. Thank you Jackie Abrams (Humanities Coordinator PreK-5) for being our guest speaker for the evening. Jackie engaged parents in a brief overview of phonological development and also read a special book with students. What a great evening!

Book Highlight of the Week

"Llama Llama Red Pajamas"

"Llama Llama Red Pajama" is a beloved children's book that follows the adventures of a young llama named Llama Llama as he gets ready for bed. Written and illustrated by Anna Dewdney, this heartwarming story captures the magic of bedtime routines and the love between a parent and child. Filled with colorful illustrations and delightful rhymes, this charming book is sure to become a favorite bedtime read for children and parents alike.

Rodman Lending Library

Our lending library is stocked FULL of great reads for your little one. We have libraries located on the upper and lower levels of Rodman for your convenience. Feel free to look through and find you and your child's perfect read for home. To keep our books available to all, please be sure to write in your name and the book title on the designated clipboard near by. Thanks and happy reading!!!

We're excited to enhance our communication with you through Powerschool, our new portal for student information. To access your child's academic progress, attendance records, and more, please visit the PowerSchool Parent/Guardian sign in page. If you need to request your credentials to set up an account for the Powerschool Parent Portal, please submit a request here.

In addition to the portal, we're introducing a convenient text messaging feature to keep you updated on important school announcements. To opt in, simply text Y or yes to 67587.

Absence/Tardy Reminder

To report your child absent, tardy, or leaving school early, please include the following three people in your email:

GMS Project

The Galvin Middle School Project is heading toward two key town votes. Save the Dates: November 18 Special Town Meeting and an Anticipated Ballot Vote on December 10.
