#AHSCHOOLS: Important update

This message is being sent to staff at Andover High School, Oak View Middle School and Andover Elementary School.

School will be open tomorrow, Monday, Aug. 29, 2022, but operating modifications will be in place due to a water pressure issue in the city today that warranted a boil alert.

It’s possible that the city will lift the boil alert late today or tomorrow morning, after water testing has been completed. In the meantime, the district has taken action today to ensure a safe work environment for all staff in the event that the boil alert is still in place.

​Staff may report to work on Monday, Aug. 29, but should not consume water. Bottled water will be delivered to our schools for use by staff. City officials have confirmed water is safe to wash hands and restrooms will remain open as normal.
