CCA Scholars & Parents,

Because the spring semester is filled with many planned events, you must stay on top of your assignments daily. Do not procrastinate!

We will hold state testing (STAAR EOC for all graduation subjects), TSI testing, AP testing, TCC finals, and high school finals during the months of April and May. We also have many college visits and club events during this same time.

Senior Information:

• Cap & Gown orders!! If you haven't purchased your senior cap & gown for home campus graduation, do so before it is too late. https://www.herffjones.com/
• FAFSA news! We have a new form this year so there are lots of delays. Please sure you and your senior have completed the full FAFSA form. The priority deadline has been extended to April 15th. This is a state requirement for seniors to graduate. Email Mrs. Gilbreath if you have any questions or problems.
• CHS is hosting a FAFSA help night on Mar. 21st from 5-7 pm in the CHS Student Union.

• CHS Senior Prom Ticket deadline to pay is Mar. 20th.
• CHS Prom is April 20th
• Last day to buy CHS Senior package is Mar. 20th.

• NCHS last day to purchase yearbook is Mar. 28th ($70)
• NCHS Prom is April 13th

• CCA Senior Gala tickets are now on sale!! Mar. 29th is the last day to purchase a ticket.
• CCA Senior Gala is April 6th.

• CHS Senior Parent Graduation meeting is April 10th from 5-7 pm in auditorium or via Zoom. (Zoom link will be posted in CHS BAND app the day of)
• Please join the CHS or NCHS BAND app to stay connected to all events and information regarding graduations.
