The Snow Forecast

Happy Summer! I hope you are enjoying the sunshine that we have been having and are getting in some family and relaxation time.

I wanted to introduce myself, and tell you how excited I am to be coming to Mary Snow School as the Building Principal! I can't wait to meet you and your child(ren) next month when we get ready to reopen Mary Snow for the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year.

Each week, once school is ready to start, I send a newsletter out each Sunday. This will give you pertinent information you will need for the upcoming week, and any happenings from the prior week that was fun or important. This is a way to keep families up to date week to week.

The first newsletter will be sent out the week of August 19th as the following week will be Open House and you will need information regarding the dates and times.

The first day of school is September 3rd, 2024.

• I have 2 German Shepherds- Sam, who is 5 (he is big) and Bee, who is 2 (she is small).
• I have a husband named Jody, he builds houses. 🏠
• I have 2 children who are grown up. They are Michaela and Luke.
• We live on the West Side of Bangor by Fairmount Park.
• This will be my 3rd year as a Principal.
• This will be my 13th year in Bangor. I have worked as a Literacy Coach prior to being a Principal- at Fruit Street, Mary Snow, Fairmount, and 14th Street Schools.
• I really love Bangor!
• We really love sports! The Patriots, Celtics, and Red Sox in particular.
• I was in the Army before I became a teacher.
