This professional development series provides in-depth training on effective classroom management, grounded in evidence-based practices that help reduce challenges and promote positive student behavior. Participants will explore the six key evidence-based practices of classroom management and gain practical strategies, tools, and procedures to design and implement a classroom management plan that supports a structured, engaging, and well-managed learning environment.
Participant Information
Target Audience:
General education teachers, special education teachers, reading specialists, principals, curriculum directors, school counselors
Act 48 Hours:
- 5.5 (five and a half) hours per session, for a total of 16.5 (sixteen and a half) Act 48 hours will be awarded after the training series.
- Participants MUST attend all sessions in the series. No partial Act 48 hours will be awarded.
Cost: There is no cost to attend this training series.
Registration Priority: Educators who work for LEAs in the AIU3 region will have priority registration.
