Shout out to Ms. Debra Chase, Ms. Haug, and Nurse Sears for coordinating a great opportunity for our students. Nine students visited Traders Restaurant in North Beach on Tuesday, Jan 21. They toured the kitchen and asked questions about working in a restaurant and how the business operates. Mr. "Gary" was a wonderful host and even provided the students with Trader's hats. These are the real-life experiences that help our students connect to their community and grow their skill set. Thank you for your collaboration and great ideas!

About the Mission of NBDPN | National Birth Defects Prevention Network

Our students and staff the opportunity to show a little love and kindness in February with a cute love bug candy gram! Each candy gram costs 50¢ and will include a piece of candy for the receiver. Deliveries will begin Feb 3rd and the last orders are due Feb 13th for delivery on Valentines Day. The love bug grams were sent home in weekly folders. Please send money and orders to the office. The monies raised from this fundraiser will be deposited in our student activity fund.

Thank you for your donations of gently used clothing and shoes. We received a check for the 4th quarter of 2024 in the amount of $39.50. This check will be deposited into the Students Activity Fund. This is a continuing program so please consider donating your previously loved clothing to CCS.
