Progress Reports
Parents,
Thank you for your help with cell phones and encouraging student to get to class on time. We have had a significant drop in referrals for improper use of cell phones. We have also had a decrease in students being tardy to class.
As we approach the end of the calendar year and the end of first semester, now is a great time to check your student's progress. Please log into Skyward and discuss your student's progress in each class. Don't hesitate to reach out to teachers if you need help and support. By working together, we can ensure student success.
Volleyball
The CHS volleyball team has had an amazing season, finishing with a 26-11-3 record for the year. Elliana Foley hit 2,000 assists, Mya Porter and Ava Longstreet both had 500 kills. It has been thirteen years since a CHS volleyball team has made it to the regional competition. After defeating Holt High School in the first Regional game, the Fenton Tigers swept the Cardinals, winning 25-20, 25-17, 25-17. Coldwater was led by Ava Longstreet, who had 8 kills, 2 blocks, and 2 aces. Mya Porter had 8 kills and 9 digs, Brooklyn Closson dished out 12 assists, and Maren DeBeau had a team-high 11 digs.
