π Summer EBT Card Information
SEBT or Sun Bucks Info
Free and Reduced students will be receiving $120 per student on an EBT Card this summer. SNAP recipients will automatically have the money loaded onto their card. New cards will be sent to students on Medicare or qualify by application. Now is the time to make sure your application has been submitted for free and reduced meals. You can submit an application online at www.payschoolscentral.com or ask for an application in your student's school office and mail it to Bev Wasserbeck 12920 State Route 739 Richwood, OH 43344. Please apply by April 1, 2025 to insure you will receive the benefit. If your financial situation has changed you can apply at any time throughout the school year. This not only helps you but also your school district when we are applying for funding and grants. You will also need to make sure your address and the Custodial Guardian is updated in One View to make sure the card goes to the right address. There will be an April 1 deadline to make changes on One View.
β΅ Parent/Guardian Update on Prearranged Absences
As we get closer to the spring months, we are aware that some families may be planning vacations that will cause your student to miss some school. We ask that you please communicate with the office, as well as your student's teachers when you will be out. We are no longer using the prearranged absence forms. If you are aware of an upcoming, prearranged absence, please let us know by using one of the following options:
- NULS App: You can go on to the app and set a range of dates now. This is the same process you would use for daily absences, just set a range of dates for the window of time your student will be out.
- Call the MS Attendance Line: You can still call in and let our secretaries know the dates in advance so that they can make note of it prior to those dates. Again, same process as if you are calling students off for the day, but just leave details in your message.
