Community Action Day
Have a Rake?
We're excited to extend a warm invitation to all our dedicated school families to join us for a heartwarming and community-building event. As the crisp autumn leaves blanket our town, we have an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our elderly community members. The weekend of November 18 & 19, we're hosting a Community Raking Day, where we'll come together to rake leaves, share stories, and create lasting bonds with our senior neighbors. It's a fantastic chance to teach our children the values of compassion and community involvement while helping those who've paved the way for us. Please bring your rakes and enthusiasm as we embrace the spirit of togetherness. Let's show our seniors that they're cherished and not alone in this season of change.
Contact Krisitn MacDonald at kmacdonald@sandwich.k12.ma.us to sign up and receive more details.
