JAKE ROBERTSON NAMED TO ALL - ACADEMIC TEAM!
Congratulations to Jake Robertson on being named to the prestigious 2024-2025 Massachusetts Basketball Coaches Association All-Academic Team! This exceptional honor celebrates Jake's remarkable ability to excel both on the court and in the classroom.
Throughout his four years with the Grafton Basketball program, Jake has embodied the true essence of a student-athlete. As team captain, his leadership has inspired teammates, while his academic achievements have set a standard of excellence for all Grafton students. Jake's unwavering dedication, positive influence, and genuine character have made an indelible impact on our school community.
The MBCA, in partnership with the Red Auerbach Foundation, will formally recognize Jake's outstanding accomplishments at the MBCA Senior Awards Breakfast on May 18th at the College of the Holy Cross.
While Grafton High School will certainly miss Jake's presence in the hallways, classrooms, and on the basketball court, his legacy of commitment to both athletic and academic excellence will continue to inspire future generations of student-athletes.
Congratulations, Jake! Your hard work, determination, and balanced pursuit of excellence have earned you this well-deserved recognition. The entire Grafton community is incredibly proud of you!
We are delighted to invite you to our annual Grafton High School Athletic Awards Night. The event will take place on Monday, May 19 at 6:30 p.m. in the GHS Auditorium. We hope that you can join us for a fun-filled event as we honor and recognize the achievements of our amazing student-athletes and teams over the 2024-25 school year. ATTENDANCE MONITORING REMINDER
Dear Students and Caregivers:
We are writing to remind you that you are able to monitor daily and attendance period by period through your PowerSchool portal. Given the expectation that students cannot exceed five absences for semester courses and 10 absences for full year courses without the potential loss of course credits, please take this responsibility seriously.
Students who notice class attendance discrepancies on a given day should contact the specific teacher prior to the end of that school day to address the potential error. Attendance disputes regarding absences may not be addressed on days/weeks that follow the recorded absence.
If you need technical assistance regarding attendance monitoring in PowerSchool, please email Tech Support at techsupport@grafton.k12.ma.us.
If you have questions regarding attendance expectations, please contact your grade level administrator.
Mr. Maiorano - Grades 9 & 11
