Many children in our community struggle with meal debts, making it difficult for them to focus
and excel in their studies. Hunger can significantly impair a child's ability to learn, but together,
we can change this.

PARENT SQUARE: Our new communication tool! Download the app today!
We are excited to launch ParentSquare, our new form of school-to-home communication within the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District. This unified communications platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and encourage greater engagement and connection. Transitioning to the ParentSquare app and service will provide a unified platform for school-home communications with enhanced interactive features.
Features include:
- Mass notifications and urgent alerts
- Mobile application for administrators and parents (iOS and Android)
- Attendance notifications
- Teacher and classroom communication
- Direct messaging with two-way translation
- Forms and permission slips
- Appointment sign ups (parent-teacher conferences, technology pick-ups)
