Madison High School Updates

Build the habit of good attendance early. Starting in kindergarten, too many absences can cause children to fall behind in school.

STUDENT ATTENDANCE MATTERS!

Our 10th grade students will attend a 4-year college panel discussion on Wednesday, January 29th from 10:30am -11:30am.

All of our 10th and 11th grade students will have the opportunity to attend a Career Fair sponsored by Lenawee Align on Friday, February 7th from 8am - 11am. Numerous local businesses and organizations will be present to showcase their industry and educate students on potential career paths, as well as, allow students to interact with future employers, learn about job opportunities, internships and educational pathways available to them.

Feb 7th - Taco Dinner - There will be a Taco Dinner sponsored by the Class of 2027 and MYAC in the HS Cafeteria from 4:30pm - 7:30pm.

Winter Homecoming vs Dundee @ 7pm

Feb 8th - HS Winterfest Dance

Feb 14th - Early Dismissal, HS Students Dismissed at 11:00am (Hours 4, 5, & 6, PM Tech Will Attend)

Feb 17th - No School, Mid-Winter Break

Feb 5th - Choir Pre-festival Concert at 7pm in the Performing Arts Center

Feb12th - Band Pre-festival Concert at 7pm in the Performing Arts Center

Feb 19th - Orchestra Pre-Festival Concert at 7pm in the Performing Arts Center

Ms. Walker's Team Games class completed their Volleyball Tournament before the holiday break. Congratulations to the winning teams!

5th hour's team of Ashton H, Ethan G, Cameron M, Lylah G, Michael T, & Blake S

HS Band & Choir Teacher, Mr. Bielskis, welcomed a healthy baby girl on January 7th! Cecilia Jan Bielskis entered the world weighing 7lbs, 6 oz and was 20" long. Congratulations Bielskis Family!
