LFO Band
The LFO Band traveled to Chicago to perform in the 69th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The band enjoyed trips to the Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, the Museum of Science and Industry, and the SkyDeck at Willis Tower. They also spent time visiting Millenium Park, the Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile. Favorite moments of the trip included having students and chaperones take turns singing karaoke at the Hard Rock Cafe in front of a packed restaurant and watching the Blue Man Group!
Georgia Music Educators Association Large Group Performance Evaluation
The LFO band recently traveled to Woodland High School to perform at the Georgia Music Educators Association Large Group Performance Evaluation. Congratulations to the Warrior Band on their outstanding performance!
LFO Art Camp
LFO Art Camp will be hosted in room 402 of the new Fine Arts Center July 30, 31 and Aug. 1st from 9 am - noon. Please use the QR code to see our projects and pricing. This QR form is how we collect student names and confirm safety procedures. Seat reservation requires payment before May 15th so that supplies may be ordered. Returning campers may choose alternative projects in the same media listed. Projects include: hand-building and wheel-throwing clay, watercolor and acrylic painting, glass-blown ornaments, silkscreen, tie-dye, jewelry, and 3D paper sketchbooks in three days. You have the option of attending 1 day, but all projects won't be completed.
Bring a white t-shirt for tie-dying and a water bottle with your name on it. Snacks will be provided. Alert us of allergies in the QR form.
