Additional Forecasting Information
This week we are starting the forecasting process for students to pick their classes for the 2024/25 school year. We have shared a presentation with all the information needed and students can find links and course descriptions in their “Class of 2024/25/26” google classroom. Your student will be bringing home a forecasting form, this is what they fill out to indicate desired classes. Please take some time and look over this with your student and reach out if you have any questions. The form will be brought back to school and students will input their request into student vue during class. Academic Planning night is March 7th which is a great time to ask teachers questions and learn more about their programs. Forecast input will start on March 8th. Thank you for your support in this process.
Daily Attendance
Last Friday we started forecasting. We also sent out an email to students/parents about the importance of being here to start forecasting. We saw a 3% increase in attendance last Friday as compared to most Fridays. This tells me that some students take a vacation day on Fridays. Please work with your student to attend school each day, unless they meet the too sick for school guidelines. Thank you for your support!
Chipotle Fundraiser for LHS Sparrow
LHS is having a fundraiser at Chipotle for our Sparrow on March 2nd. If you would like to support this effort, please print off the flyer below and take it to Chipotle. If you order online, just use the code on the flyer. Thank you for your support!
