Homecoming 2024


Mavericks! Get your Homecoming tickets and come enjoy an evening in Atlantis! Dance, sing, play games, take lots of photos and make great memories with your friends. There will be some free refreshments, as well as the Donut NV food truck, Kona ice and potentially a taco truck! Stay tuned and get your tickets! Homecoming Ticket Sales are live! Senior Event Updates

PTSA Sponsored Events:

  • Powder Puff – This event will take place in the Spring (March/April/May) at Warren Sports Complex or McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch. Date TBD based on field availability, reservations open in February.
  • Senior Sunset – Scheduled within a week of the last day of school at Emerson High School. Date will be shared once graduation rehearsal is scheduled.


Other Senior Events:

  • Senior Field Day - organized by Student Council. Date to be determined.
  • Baccalaureate - organized by Senior Parents. This is not a school or PTSA related event. Date to be determined.

Senior Yard Signs

EHS will have senior yard signs in a few weeks!

Cap & Gown Info

Josten's is our official supplier for graduation caps & gowns.

  • Caps and gowns must be ordered through Jostens to ensure we all match.

  • Graduation caps may NOT be decorated for the graduation ceremony. Non-school approved cords or stoles may be worn.

  • Graduation announcements may be ordered through Josten's or any other place you prefer.


Josten's Dates:

  • Wednesday, 10/16/24: Senior Graduation Presentation
    • Students will have all info needed to order their cap & gown & info will be emailed to parents that afternoon.
  • Monday, 4/7/25: Cap & Gown Pickup during Mav Time

Thursday, May 22nd, 2025 at 4:30PM

More information will be released later including the number of tickets each student will receive. The number of tickets each student receives will be the same regardless of graduation location.
