Outside In - It's The Final Countdown
Mass Readings - Third Sunday Ordinary Time - Year B
The countdown begins. And nope, it's not New Year's Eve in Times Square. And it's not the next T-Swift ticket drop. But it's BIG. And it's happening! The world as we know it is colliding with the Kingdom of Jesus.
Dress for the Weather
With winter finally here, it's crucial to ensure that your child is dressed appropriately for the cold weather. Please be aware that our students will continue to have outdoor recess even when temperatures drop to -25 degrees Celsius with wind chill.
To keep your child safe and comfortable, make sure they are dressed in layers, including a thermal base, insulating mid-layer, and a waterproof outer layer. Insulated, waterproof boots, gloves, and a hat, are also essential to protect against the cold.
We understand the importance of outdoor activities for our students, and we will continue to monitor weather conditions closely. Please contact hjackson@gsacrd.ab.ca or your child's teacher if you require assistance with outdoor winter clothing. Your cooperation in ensuring your child is well-prepared for winter weather is greatly appreciated.
