Types of Air Pollution
There are plenty different kinds of air pollution, which can be bad due to how common some of them are. Some common types are bacteria, mold, viruses, animal dander, cat saliva, dust mites, cockroaches, and pollen. Also, carbon monoxide is a leading cause of deaths from air pollution, it is a very common gas in the U.S. Finally, ozone is a very dangerous type of air pollution, and inhaling only just a little bit cam cause you to die.
City Pollution
Air pollution is very common in big cities due to the excessive use of automobiles.
Factory Pollution
This picture shows how factories, and industries give off air pollution.
Car pollution
Using a car that doesn't need oil is better for the environment, compared to a car that does run on oil.
Effects on Health
Air pollution's effect on people's health
Air pollution has a very detrimental effect on peoples health considering that it is proven to increase your chances of getting a heart attack. Also, something as common as pollen can be a major air pollutant, and it has a bad effect on you. For example, it causes you to have sneezing, shortness of breath, dizziness, lethargy, fever, and digestive problems.
Effects on the environment, world, and economy
Air pollution is affecting places around the world like New Dehli, as a couple experts said, a Division Bench of Justices, B D Ahmed, and Sanjeev Sachdeva. New Dehli is effected by the pollutants the cars emit. People in the economy are effected because it causes thousands of people to miss school or work, and it destroys farmers crops, which is causing people to lose money. Finally, air pollution is effecting the environment by causing acid rain, and ground level ozone, which causes trees, crops, wildlife, lakes, and other bodies of water to be damaged by air pollution.
Ways to Prevent
A very simple way to reduce air pollution is to carpool, with yours friends or family. This will lower the amount of fossil fuels burned because your not using as much gasoline. Also, you can save energy by not using as much gasoline, natural gas, and electricity.
Recycling
Recycling greenhouse gasses, which means not using as much, will lower air pollution, because greenhouse gasses destroy the ozone layer which emits ozone, and ozone is very detrimental to our health.
