Thank you for sharing your person stories about friends, family, and loved ones who have served or are currently serving. From all of us a Pleasant View Elementary, we send our thanks and appreciate for their service. And for any of our Vietnam Vets, if no one has told them, "Welcome Home," please pass on our welcome and appreciation!

I just wanted to take a moment to say, "THANK YOU." This Pleasant View Staff has continued to find blessings each and every day, most of those in the form of your child with whom you share with us. We cannot tell you how much we have loved being a part of this community and how grateful we are for the continued support, positive comments, and uplifting encouragement and praise that comes in on a daily basis. Thank you for being a shining light for us in the midst of this global pandemic that that changed so much in our daily lives.

May this thanksgiving break be a time for us to come together again as family and focus on what we hold most dear. Enjoy your time together and we wish you rest and well-being.

**Should weather be an issue, a special event for the competitive level will be held in the gym with Mr. Dade and Mrs. Senethavilay to allow for individual participation in a safe environment. The rest of the Turkey Trot will be cancelled.**

A BIG thank you to Hendrick's Veterinary Hospital for sponsoring our school for a special Cupbob day. Our staff appreciated the amazingly delicious lunch. Such a treat!

Once again we all asking for any help we can get. This school is in desperate need of Noon Duties. If you can help consistently anywhere from one day a week to the entire week, please let us know.

Parents,

If you are entering the building, you are required to wear a mask. Forgot one? We have a mask for you. Please just ask when you ring the doorbell for entrance.

If you are not comfortable with that, please call the front office and a member of the staff can meet you outside.

Earlier I stated that if you were distanced from others, you were not required to wear a mask while outside. We are experiencing a LARGE number of people who are not using care or distancing while meeting on campus and those who are walking through class lines or past our students and staff without mask. Therefore, I must ask that if you are walking through groups or crossing any of the paths of our staff and students, we ask that you place your mask on until you are clear from those who are not a part of your immediate family.

The PVE Staff appreciate you helping to uphold the county mandate.
