Our Volleyball team has put in tremendous effort this season, and I want to acknowledge their hard work. They may have come up short against St. Paul High School, but their dedication is truly commendable. Congratulations on a great season!

AVID Future Ready
APU admitted 34 of our Northview seniors on Future Day. We have a great partnership day with APU. Our students receive extra scholarships and application fee waiver.
This upcoming month, APU will host an exclusive visit to their campus. The event will feature a warm welcome from their administration, breakfast sweets, a brief academic session, a guided campus tour, and an all-you-can-eat dining hall experience. It’s a fantastic opportunity for students to get a glimpse into college life. Our students had two Preview days this Month: UC Riverside and UC Irvine. Preview days are a great way for students to experience the campus and find out if the school is truly the right fit for them. For more information regarding this upcoming visit ask Mrs. Corona.

Staff Spotlight
What Mr. Casas loves most about counseling is the chance to make one-on-one connections with students. Being able to listen, support, and guide them through their high school journey is incredibly rewarding. It’s also pretty special to be back at the school he graduated from and to have the opportunity to give back to a community that was so formative for him. Mr. Casas has been a school counselor for four years—one year at a middle school and three years in high school. When it comes to food, Mr. Casas loves the restaurant Café Santorini in Pasadena. If you’re ever in the area, he highly recommends checking it out! Mr. Casas loves the movie Gladiator. He loves the story, the characters, and the depth.. He has some mixed emotions about the sequel! In his spare time, he enjoys working on projects around his house. YouTube tutorials have become a lifesaver! Here’s a fun fact: the office he is currently in actually used to be his counselor’s office! He feels like he has come full circle, and it’s a reminder of how far he has come. Welcome home Mr. Casas we are so glad you came back!
