When our Beautycounter websites went dark a fortnight ago, I 100% believed we would be back in business by May. We learned this week that salvaging the company from forced foreclosure by majority stakeholder Carlyle would take much longer than expected.
BEAUTYCOUNTER 2.0 is anticipated to return in late 2024 with many of the products we know + love, led by our female founder + CEO, Gregg. As their #1 cheerleader, I would love to see them return, better than ever. Beautycounter was the catalyst for my clean living journey + I know my family is healthier because of them.
I appreciate you + all the support I have received over the years. I will continue to educate, advocate, + share the very best clean products I can find. While there is no other company like Beautycounter, there are a few clean beauty brands that have piqued my curiosity. I don't know yet if I will wait for Beautycounter to return or if I will align with another company(ies). Whichever path I choose, it will be after careful consideration of what will best serve my family + my clients.
