Changing your words, change your Mindset!
A growth mindset is a way of thinking about challenges and setbacks, believing that abilities can improve through effort and persistence. People with a growth mindset are more likely to:
- Embrace challenges
- Persist through setbacks
- View effort as a path to mastery
- Learn from criticism
- Find inspiration in others' success
- View failures as opportunities for growth
- Adapt and evolve
Setting Goals
Goals provide a clear target for students to aim for, helping them stay focused on what's important. Also, goals can boost motivation and increase persistence.
