Talent Show/Award Assembly!
Do you sing? Dance? Perform magic? Are you a gymnast? A ventriloquist? A contortionist? Are you a solo performer, or do you rock out with your band? Lagoon Day!
Lagoon Day will be on Friday, May 10th. Tickets for Lagoon and buses are on sale this week and will continue through this Friday, May 3rd, or until available bus seats fill up. If you need a permission slip, please see the front office.

Quick reminder that in order to go to Lagoon you must...
- Have no outstanding fees
- No F's in 4th term.
- No more than 3 hours of detention for the school year.
- No N or U for citizenship in more than one class.
If you owe more than 3 hours of detention, you will not be able to attend, so start working off your detention hours with your teachers before or after school!

Our Fundraiser Event Week went great! Thank you for helping us bring in just over $900 to support your teachers, students and school through PTA. Shout out to Amber for doing an awesome job!

If you've been around the teacher boxes during Birthdays or Christmas you may have noticed Brooke working away getting everything cute and stuffing boxes!
Sherrie has been working all year as the best treasurer ever!
Making sure everything runs smoothly with teacher dinners during SEP's Nicole has been wonderful! (And donations from many other people has been wonderful too!)
I have seen Tara attend and volunteer at every event and meeting possible, she has been marvelous!
In whichever capacity you've been able to help. (I can't name everyone)....
PTA relies on volunteers and we are in need of volunteers for next year. Please understand that any demand on your time should be very light (We aren't an elementary school!) Sign up today!

Reminders for End of Year Testing:
- Bring your Chromebook everyday, fully charged.
- Headphones will be used. You may bring your own (must be non-Bluetooth), or we can provide them.
- Get your rest!
- Eat a healthy breakfast!

Tech Summer Camps!
Success in Education (Technology camps)
This year Success in Education is hosting a three-week summer camp for middle, junior high and high school students at the Advanced Learning Center (161 E. 400 N, Salem). This camp aims to equip students with valuable skills in a fun and engaging environment. The program will run from July 8th to July 26th, 2024, excluding July 24th, and will be divided into three exciting subjects:
Week 1 (July 8th - 12th): Cybersecurity - Students will explore the world of digital security, learning the best practices to protect themselves and their information online.
Week 2 (July 15th - 19th): Game Development - Students will delve into the fundamentals of game creation, and experiment by building their own games.
Week 3 (July 22nd - 26th, excluding 24th): Career Exploration - Students will gain insight into various technology fields, meet professionals, and discover their future paths.
