I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the official start of fall yesterday! I want to give a big thank you to everyone who joined us for our first PTA meeting of the school year. It was great to see so many of you! We shared a lot of important information, so if you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the board.
Wishing you and your families a fantastic week ahead!
Best,
Rachel Wallace, PTA President

Solo Pizza Spirit Night - October 7th, 4-9PM
Mark Your Calendars for our next Solo Pizza Spirit Night benefitting BBES!
How it Works:
1. Order Delicious Food: Solo Pizza has a variety of mouth-watering options to choose from.
2. Support BBES: When you place your order, be sure to mention Ball's Bluff Elementary School. This ensures that a portion of the proceeds will go towards supporting our school.
3. Enjoy Said’s Catchphrase: Don't miss out on the fun of hearing Said say, "I Got You!" as he hands over your dinner.
Watch D.O.G.S. Pizza Party Kickoff
Join us on Thursday, October 17 to learn about the Watch D.O.G.S. volunteer program! The evening will begin with free pizza and activities to enjoy with your child. Then, we will explain the program and invite attendees to be the first to sign up for Watch D.O.G. volunteer openings at school. Bring your calendar! Not familiar with the Watch D.O.G.S. program? Watch D.O.G.S.- Help us boost family and community engagement by volunteering with the Watch D.O.G.S. program! The program helps provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important. Fathers, grandfathers, step-fathers, uncles, and other father figures are encouraged to participate. Participating volunteers will spend time in their child's classroom, along with having other tasks around school during their shift. If you sign up for the time-frame your child is at lunch, you will have lunch with them and their class. Learn more about the program here: https://dadsofgreatstudents.com/
