Happy Friday afternoon!

It was a busy week with showcasing our student work at Open House, Shark of the Month Celebration, and starting various PBL units within the classrooms! Four weeks has already passed quickly and next week is a shortened week. I hope this weekend provides a great time for family memories and relaxation as everyone has worked so hard to ensure the beginning of the school year was a success. There is no school for students on Monday or Tuesday. We can't wait to see our Sharks on Wednesday, September 4!

This year our news channel is under new management!! Mrs. Stovall and Miss Gibson have been working very hard to make it engaging and fun for students to watch. FoodShare is an affordable, fresh produce box program in our area. FoodShare boxes come with 10-12 varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables, including items from local farmers in the Upstate and recipe cards for inspiration! The produce boxes are $20 for customers paying with credit/debit and only $5 for customers paying with SNAP/EBT. Customers order their food box online, and can select sites in Dacusville, Easley, Liberty, or Clemson to pick up their box twice per month.
