🎨 South Elementary Artists Earn Cotton Bowl Contest Awards!
One of the many talents of the students in Argyle ISD is their creative artwork. And two of our best artists at the elementary level were recognized just before the Thanksgiving break!
Special thanks to Argyle South Elementary school art teacher Amber Jonas for inspiring and encouraging her students to participate in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Art Contest.
South 4th Grader Maria Baker won first place and Krishiv Sukhadia took third in their respective age groups.
Congratuations to these outstanding young artists!

Join us for one the Argyle ISD Police Department's EASE presentations to learn more about the safety and security measures in place across the district. These sessions aim to educate and empower parents and stakeholders with crucial insights into how we ensure the safety of our students and staff. As the season of Thanksgiving and holiday cheer is upon us, I want to express my gratitude for our incredible Argyle ISD family and supportive community. I hope your Thanksgiving holiday was filled with quality time with family and friends.
As we turn our focus to December, we look forward to enjoying the next few weeks on our campuses filled with learning, laughter, and holiday spirit.

Soaring Star Awards for October & November: Congratulations to Kelli Perkins and Bojan Gutic, who exemplify excellence, respect, honesty, security, and kindness. Don’t forget to nominate an Argyle ISD staff member for the December Soaring Star Award!
Veterans Day Programs: Heartfelt tributes were held across our campuses to honor our heroes.

Argyle Eagle Football: Continuing their charge forward in the postseason playoffs, and 1 of 8 teams left competing in UIL Class 5A Division II.

🏈 REGION FINAL SHOWDOWN: Argyle vs. Lovejoy
The Argyle Eagles football team has reached the Class 5A Division II Region I Final! The winner of this round heads to the state semifinals. The Eagles will battle Lovejoy at 7 p.m. Friday at Prosper ISD's Children's Health Stadium.
Argyle (12-1) is coming off an impressive 52-35 victory last week at Prosper Walnut Grove, who won the home vs. home coin flip and hosted the game. Lovejoy (10-3) defeated district mate Anna 52-49.

⚽ Argyle Soccer Programs Host Party At The Pitch Dec. 11!
The Argyle Lady Eagles and Eagles soccer teams are hosting Party At The Pitch on Dec. 11 at 6:30 p.m. at Eagle Stadium.
Come meet the players on both teams and get autographs and enjoy games, giveaways, free food and a PK shootout. Admission is free and bring a lawn chair.
🏀 Lady Eagles & Eagles Playing in Jack Frost Tourney
The Argyle Lady Eagles and Eagles basketball teams are playing in the Jack Frost Tournament this weekend in Georgetown.
The Lady Eagles opened the tournament on Thursday with a 42-30 victory against Austin Westlake and will also play Corpus Christi Flour Bluff and Liberty Hill. The Eagles started the tourney with a 60-30 victory against Magnolia on Thursday and will play Liberty Hill and Stony Point on Friday.

Argyle Christmas Tree Lighting Festival - Dec. 7
The Annual Argyle Hometown Christmas Tree Lighting Festival will be held Saturday, Dec. 7 from 4-6 p.m. The event is free and will be held at the Argyle United Methodist Church, located at 9033 Fort Worth Dr.
