Attention 8th Grade Families
For overflow parking, families may use the Emerald Square Dance Hall Parking lot.

Dress Code Info
As the weather begins to warm up in the coming months, we want to remind our students and families of the district's dress code. Please find more information here.
Student Water Bottles
Parents & Guardians - We kindly ask that you remind your student in the mornings to please bring their own water bottles to school. We cannot supply water bottles at the school, but we do have refill stations. Thank you for helping us with this effort!
📵 Cell Phone Use Reminder 📵
Hi Parents. As you may already know, Briggs Middle School operates on a strict "no cell phone" policy during the hours of the school day (8:15-3:05). Teachers have recently noted that cell phones are becoming a problem again for many students and oftentimes, students are reporting that it is their parents contacting them via text or call during their classes. We kindly ask that you help us set a good example and uphold our "no cell phone" policy during school hours by contacting the main office if you need your student to call you or you need to get a message to them. We are here and happy to serve you and your children! We hope to create a distraction-free learning environment whenever possible. Thank you for your consideration!
Student ID Cards for Purchase
Student Body ID Cards have arrived! They are $7 and your student can purchase them in the office during their lunch or after school with cash or check (checks to be made out to Briggs Middle School). They can also be purchased online with credit or debit card here (or scan the QR code to the right with your phone camera). If you do not have a My School Bucks account there is an option to "checkout as a guest". Our office manager will get an email once a purchase is made and will give your student their ID card!
