ENDORSEMENTS
Endorsements for High School graduation

Students may earn one or more endorsements as part of their high school diploma. An endorsement consists of a sequence of courses that are grouped together by interest or occupational skill. They provide students with in-depth knowledge of a subject area or a high-wage, high-skill, and in-demand occupation. Every career and technical education (CTE) Program of Study leads to an endorsement.

IBC - Industry Based Certifications
Industry-based certifications (IBCs) are important to Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs because they demonstrate that students have skills and knowledge that are valued by the industry and can lead to employment. IBCs can also help students prepare for college and life after high school. Industry-based certifications are a valuable component of strong student pathways.

Test Anxiety
Test anxiety is that nervous feeling you may get when you’re about to take a test. It's normal to feel some pressure before an exam, and a little stress can actually help you focus and do better. But for some people, the worries are so strong that they can’t concentrate and don’t do as well they'd like. The good news is that you can lessen test anxiety, but first it’s helpful to understand what it is and why it happens.
